ADAM SAVIN, PARTNER

Adam resides in Vail, Colorado with his wife. He relocated from New York City to the Vail Valley in 2010 after an 18-year career in banking and finance. During that time, he worked at Morgan Stanley and later at Merrill Lynch, where he developed extensive experience in capital markets, investment strategy, business management, and business development.

After settling in the Vail Valley, Adam recognized an opportunity within the region’s highly fragmented property management industry. He set out to build a scaled, professionally managed platform that combines strong operational systems, modern technology, and a high level of personalized service for homeowners and associations.

Through a series of strategic mergers—including partnerships with Chris Tanis and Sanctuary Property Management, Vail Home Rentals, and  Crossroads Realty—Adam helped form Bold Property Management Solutions. Today, the firm has grown into one of the Vail Valley’s leading property management companies, serving thousands of homeowners in Colorado's mountain region.
