Tim Adair

After graduating from the University of Florida, Tim looked west to begin his career in Hospitality Management. At Jackson Hole's Snake River Lodge & Spa, one of a few premiere resort properties in Teton County, he worked with several departments, before managing the sales efforts that lead to the two most successful months in room night sales in the hotel's history. After a truly satisfying tenure in Jackson Hole, and a couple of chance meetings; Tim recognized the vision of company president, Onie Bolduc, and accepted an offer to join the Bold Team in September of 2006.

Relying on his strong customer service skills, Tim has contributed significantly to the expansion of both the Long Term Rental and Homecare divisions of Bold Real Estate Solutions, while still maintaining the personal touch that long time clients have come to expect.  Just one year ago, Tim received the title of Associate Broker. Upon completion of real estate courses and exams, Tim has been extremely active in the real estate market and just recently helped his young clients purchase their first home!


Nick Cardoso

As Vice President of Bold Developments, Nick draws on his extensive organizational and managerial proficiencies to oversee all the maintenance required for the associations, rentals and home cares under management by Bold Real Estate Solutions.

Nick moved to Vail from South Florida having grown up in his father's development company. After graduating with a Finance degree with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Miami in 2004, Nick became VP of Finance for United Homes International, the development company his father co-founded. Nick managed the oversight of hundreds of millions in land, development and construction loans, budgets, revenue projections and accounting job costs. During this time he also sat on the Board of the Miami-Dade Housing Finance Authority, the largest HFA in the State of Florida. In this position he was part of a panel that approved or disapproved the issuance of millions of dollars in bond subsidies for various affordable housing projects.

In 2005, as owner/developer of Riverside Townhomes, Nick completed and closed a 32 townhome unit project in Tamarac, Florida constructing over 70,400 square feet of residential floor area, managing over 25 subcontractors with over $3 million in construction costs and paying back over $3.5 million in loans. After completing this project Nick passed the Florida Contractor's Exam and earned his General Contractors License from the State of Florida.
In February of 2007 Nick came to the Vail Valley and met with Onie Bolduc, President of BOLD REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS. With a shared vision and ambition to make a positive impact on the progression of the Vail Valley through the communities that comprise it they created BOLD DEVELOPMENTS.


Mitch Fox

 Mitch has a great deal of experience in construction and maintenance.  Making the transition into Property Management and Real Estate was easy for Mitch.  Applying his strong background, organization and management skills, Mitch has received a great deal of praise for his work at Edwards Commercial Park and River Pines.  He prides himself in completing HOA projects on budget and on time, customer relations, problem solving, and long-term solutions.  With a great deal of self pride, motivation and experience in the Vail Valley, Mitch will bring fortitude and local knowledge to protect and manage your business and investment into the future.


Pat Doherty

A graduate of Lynchburg College in Virginia with a degreee in Business Management, Pat's strengths include completing HOA projects on budget and on time, customer relations and problem solving. His communication skills are excellent and multi-tasking comes easily for him.  Pat specializes in associations that need an overhaul, and he has a keen eye for details others usually miss. He is focused on long-term solutions, but is also aware of an association’s short-term needs. Pat has recenlty completed a $2 million special assessment that demanded the highest level of negotiaing skills and knowledge of construction and remediation. 

Pat is one of our newest Associate Brokers.  Along with many other Team Bold members, Pat completed the real estate course and exams in July 2008.  As a new broker, Pat utilizes his knowledge and experiences as an association manager to help clients buy and sell properties. 


Mark Koelker

Mark is a long time local brought to the valley by the allure of snow. Caught between the love of the mountains and desire for a professional lifestyle, Mark found BOLD Solutions. Although Mark is new to Association Management, he is very well connected throughout the valley, works very hard for client satisfaction, and strives off of any opportunity to learn something new. With the bold team structure backing Mark, he looks forward to having the opportunity to create relationships and bring your Associations value and community to a new level.


Jared Saul

Originally from upstate New York Jared first moved out west with his family. He is a graduate of University of Colorado where Jared met BOLD President, Onie through mutual interests and friends. Jared holds a B. S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He moved to Vail right after graduation to pursue his love of snowboarding. Prior to joining BOLD Jared worked as a project manager for Conundrum Technologies, a low voltage design and installation company. He also has experience in all phases of construction. The move to BOLD fits well with Jared’s personal and professional interests.

Jared is one of our newest Associate Brokers.  Along with many other Team Bold members, Jared completed the real estate course and exams in July 2008.  As a new broker, Jared offers his cients a personal touch with clients.  As a rental and homecare mangaer, Jared is extremely attentive to detail making sure that you purchase the home you desire and sell your home at maximum value.

From his previous career as Vail Valley business owner Chad brings strong management and customer service experience to his position as a property manager. With his past estimating and purchasing background in manufacturing and construction Chad's multi faceted skills are an asset to the communities he manages. Raised and educated in Pennsylvania Chad is a long time local living in Minturn with his brother Travis. When he's not working Chad enjoys running, hiking, or telemark skiing in the wilderness.

Chad is one of our newest Associate Brokers.  Along with many other Team Bold members, Chad completed the real estate course and exams in July 2008.  As a new broker, Chad will enure that you receive maximum value for your home or purchase.  His past business experiences enhance his negotiation skills and "keen eye" for excellent properties on the market.

A graduate of Florida State University, Tiffany moved to Vail in 2007 with husband Nick. Tiffany brings to the team a strong background in organizational skills and customer service experience that greatly contribute to BOLD’s operations management. Since joining BOLD, Tiffany has been a valuable asset to management, the office and the day to day functions that determine the success of a business.

Tyson Bolduc has been a part time member of the company for his whole life while growing up in the Vail Valley. While Tyson spends the majority of his time chasing the snow pursuing a career as a professional extreme skier, he assists in the daily operations of Bold and conducts much of the correlation between the Long-term Property Management and Bold Developments.

 


Brittany Reinart

After receiving a B.A. in Public Relations from Texas Tech University located in Lubbock, TX, Brittany pursued her dream of travel to experience new places, people and lifestyles. In October 2008 she moved to Denver to attend the Art Institute of Colorado to learn the art of graphic design. The allure of the mountains and its lifestyle brought Brittany to Summit County to work as Director of Marketing for a local oxygen bar. After moving to Eagle County, Brittany meet with Team BOLD and worked part-time in client services until accepting a full-time position as Director of Marketing and PR/Client Services.

Brittany has an extensive background in customer relations, management, marketing, writing and design from restaurants, hotels, non-profit organizations and now real estate. Her outgoing spirit and desire to think outside the box allows BOLD Solutions and Bold Developments to expand on their current marketing services to create a more attractive representation of BOLD’s extensive services.
