Every property package includes weekly property inspections, maintenance repair, 24-hour emergency response and online tools as a basic starter package.

• Weekly Property Inspection.  Ensures that all mechanical, plumbing, electrical fixtures and additional amenities are working properly.
• Maintenance and Repair.  Scheduling of approved maintenance and repair, while supervised by your Home Care Specialist.
• 24-Hour Emergency Response. On-call personnel available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to protect our properties from further damage in the case of an emergency.
• Online Tools and Property Notifications.  Personal account login, monthly inspection reports, personal calendar, scheduling of activities and quarterly newsletters.
• Quarterly Newsletter.  Stay updated with a general manager report, exciting activities going on in Vail and Beaver Creek, local Real Estate market trends and other local current events.
• Full-Coverage Insurance Policy. Bold Real Estate Solutions is insured to guarantee additional coverage of your property.

• Personal Account Login. Access to your personal account including your statement, online payments, uploaded inspection reports, calendar of events and more.
•  Monthly Inspection Reports.  Find out when your Home Care Specialist inspected your property and access a checklist of the completed inspection.
• Scheduling. Schedule arrivals and departures and on your personal calendar.
• Personal Calendar. Communicate arrival and departure dates, and any other scheduled necessities, with your Home Care Specialist.
