Basic homecare package:

• Weekly Property Inspections; Personal walk through checking that all mechanical, plumbing and electrical is functioning properly inside and out.
• Managing Monthly Statements; All the bills for your property can be collected and paid by us followed by one statement sent to you from us reflecting the payments.
• Property-Related Phone Calls; will be handled by our office, and you will only be notified if needed.
• Mail Service; Have all your packages shipped to our office and then delivered to your doorstep upon arrival.
• 24-Hour Availability; for prompt response to emergencies.
• Maintenance and Repair; availability for repairs and maintenance.
• Online Tools and Calendar; ability to log in and communicate with your property manager about your arrival and dates of stay.

Personalize your homecare package:

• Owner Arrival Preparations; grocery shopping, dinner reservations, car washing, or whatever you desire.
• Professional Housekeeping; Schedule cleanings for before, after, and during your stay.
• Scheduled Maintenance; We can supervise any interior or exterior repairs with issues concerning spas, appliances, electronics, plumbing, structural remodels, and more.
• General Maintenance; Shoveling, sweeping, changing light fixtures, to garage organization and cleaning  to contracting and overseeing any other maintenance needs, making sure the job gets done, from painting to window washing to entertainment installation.

Other services available:

• Airport Arrival and Departure; We can pick you up or drop off your car.
• Concierge Services; We’ll handle reservations for dining, ski school, baby sitting, adventure activities, rejuvenating activities, and any other needs.
• Holiday Decoration; interior or exterior of lights, trees or ornaments.
• Vehicle Maintenance; We’ll take your car for service.
• Grocery Delivery; Have food waiting after a long day.
