Eagle-Vail was the first neighborhood in the Valley. It is the perfect family community, located conveniently half way between Vail, Beaver Creek and Avon.

While most of the homes in Eagle-Vail are modest Single Family residences there is also a good mix of Townhomes and condominiums.  Eagle-Vail backs up to the national forest with homes bordering the Eagle-Vail golf course which meanders through the forest across the Eagle River and valley floor. Eagle-Vail has many community amenities including Eagle-Vail public golf course, a Par 3 eight-hole golf course, and a community pavilion with an ice rink, tennis courts and swimming pool.  Eagle-Vail is wonderful for hiking and snowshoeing.  The golf course is a favorite in the winter for cross country skiing.  With mature tree lined streets and established neighborhood, Eagle-Vail offers a variety of reasonably priced opportunities.
