MARIAH ULVESTAD, ASSOCIATION MANAGER

Mariah Ulvestad is an Association Manager with Bold Property Management, where she works closely with homeowner associations throughout the Vail Valley to support effective governance, responsible financial stewardship, and seamless day-to-day community operations. She collaborates with boards of directors, homeowners, and trusted vendors to ensure communities are well-managed and positioned for long-term success.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Mariah has called the Vail Valley home for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Bold, she developed a strong background in sales and client relations with companies including Everybody Water, Land Tile, and Janus Funds. Her experience working closely with clients and stakeholders has shaped her commitment to responsive service, clear communication, and strong professional relationships.

In addition to her work in community management, Mariah is also a part-time ski instructor in Vail and enjoys embracing the mountain lifestyle. Outside of work, she spends her time exploring the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and son
