Bold’s team currently manages approximately 50 Common Interest Communities, with over 3,000 homeowners. Bold manages these associations and provides financial, managerial, rules enforcement, maintenance and on-site services. Bold prides itself on being technologically forward and we are currently using property management software unlike anyone else. Our technology allows homeowners to access their Association’s financials, minutes or news among other things at any time, resulting in a transparent Association - something crucial in today’s management and financial world.

PRIVATE HOME CARE MANAGEMENT
Bold manages over 75 private homes. We provide management services to an array of clients both locally and abroad. We perform weekly property inspections, coordinate all vendors & services and are the first call for all emergency & non-emergency issues. We can assist with housekeeping, alarm monitoring, spa maintenance, trash service, landscaping, snow removal... just to name a few.

MAINTENANCE
Bold proudly maintains the newest fleet of vehicles and equipment. Our qualified and highly trained staff perform various types of maintenance services on our managed properties, Snow removal, landscaping, dryer vent cleaning, appliance service, small repairs and maintenance are just a few of the services we are able to provide.
